2025 – วินเทจที่รังสรรค์โดยธรรมชาติ
ในปีนี้ ผลผลิตไวน์ที่มอนซูน แวลลีย์ เป็นหนึ่งในความท้าทายที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมา ด้วยอิทธิพลจากสภาพอากาศที่แปรปรวน ฤดูกาลเริ่มต้นด้วยความแห้งแล้งรุนแรงก่อนที่จะเปลี่ยนเป็นภาวะที่ปริมาณน้ำฝนสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย ส่งผลให้ต้องมีการตัดแต่งกิ่งล่าช้าที่สุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ของไร่องุ่น แม้ว่าผลผลิตจะลดลงเล็กน้อย แต่อากาศเย็นที่ยาวนานขึ้นกลับช่วยเพิ่มคุณภาพขององุ่นได้อย่างมาก อากาศเย็นในเวลากลางคืนช่วยให้ผลองุ่นเติบโตได้อย่างดี มีแทนนินที่นุ่มนวล ความเป็นกรดที่สมดุล และระดับน้ำตาลที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไป มั่นใจได้ว่าวินเทจของปีนี้จะเป็นหนึ่งในวินเทจที่มีเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่น
กิจกรรมในระหว่างเทศกาลเก็บเกี่ยว
“Monsoon Valley Harvest Festival” เป็นกิจกรรมประจำปีที่มอบโอกาสพิเศษในการสัมผัสประสบการณ์เที่ยวชมไร่องุ่นในช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่สุด นั่นคือ ฤดูเก็บเกี่ยว ตลอดระยะเวลาเก้าวัน ผู้มาเยือนจะได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับไวน์ที่น่าสนใจมากมาย ได้แก่

The season began with intense drought before shifting to above-average rainfall, resulting in the latest pruning in the vineyard’s history. Despite a slightly lower yield, the extended cool weather significantly enhanced grape quality. Cooler nights have allowed the fruit to develop beautifully, with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a gradual increase in sugar levels. This year’s vintage promises to be one of remarkable character.
Harvest Festival Activities
The Monsoon Valley Harvest Festival is an annual event that offers a rare opportunity to experience the vineyard at its most exciting time – harvest season. Over nine days, visitors can take part in immersive wine experiences, including:
- Grape picking & vineyard tour – Explore the vineyard by car and hand-pick grapes straight from the vines.
- Grape stomping & wine blending – Get hands-on with traditional winemaking techniques.
